I'm a customer of Springbrook Ice and Fuel Service. I've owned my own house for 23 years and I've had a few home heating oil companies. For the last 3 years I have been using Springbrook and I can attest to the fact that these are some of the nicest, most caring, most compassionate, and understanding people I have ever met when dealing with a business. Every time I call there is genuine concern when they come to my house whether it be to deliver oil or to clean my furnace. They are so professional, so kind, so experienced and just a true pleasure to be around. Ron does my furnace maintenance and he literally is the sweetest guy, kind, friendly, professional and just all around a great guy who knows his job and does it well. He has a very calming manner about him. Margaret, Oh Margaret, so sweet, answers the phone whenever you call Springbrook. She answers it in such a cheerful way. She is always so pleasant when you call that you never ever feel like you bothered them. Whenever I call Springbrook I never get an answering machine. Margaret always answers the phone and she never makes you feel like she's in a hurry to hang up with you, she is the most pleasant, sweetest, compassionate understanding person that I have met on the phone at least. Margaret is just such a wonderful person that you say to yourself. Geez, I wish I could have lunch with her! And the gentleman who delivers my oil driver number 69. Sadly I did not get his name. He too is extremely friendly, very respectful of my property and very professional. Putting all the friendliness aside. I really want to reiterate that Spring Brook located at 19 Woodland Street in New Britain, Connecticut Is an excellent company to work with for all your home heating needs, they're kind, professional and very patient and they do a great job servicing your home heating equipment. I have had 3 years experience with them and I am nothing but a thousand percent happy with the services I receive from them. So if you are looking to buy oil or looking for service for a new furnace or furnace repairs or cleaning please look to Springbrook, ice and fuel. I can't say enough about them. If you haven't tried them already then you are definitely missing out on a great company. I fully trust them! And I think that's the most important thing besides their absolute wonderful customer service, great work, and friendly professionalism. Give them a call. You won't regret it!
Team Spring Brook, I hope this note finds you all well. I wanted to send a quick note of thanks for all of the support your team has provided my mother the last few months. I think that almost the entire Spring Brook team from the 2026 calendar paid a visit to Marlin Road at some point. My mom was keeping a tally! In all seriousness, my family thanks your family for taking care of my mom. I have to start by saying Spring Brook is lucky to have Meagan! I have been their client for many years since I bought my first house back in 2007. I now own another property but I remain faithful to them, now more so because of Meagan. Life can be hectic and every time I call her with and urgent matter, she always comes through with a solution. There has been plenty of times when I have called in the morning realizing I have run out of oil (I am a busy mom) and by lunch time, oil has been delivered. Your urgency for others problems doesn't go unnoticed. Keep brightening other lives! Spring Brook is where you want to go if you want quality & reliable service. I bought a house with a 25 year old boiler that they have been servicing the whole time. 2 years later my boiler is still running great. Happy to have inherited their services from the previous owner-their work speaks for itself.

Each time I have interacted with him, I have been impressed by his professionalism, deep knowledge, and ability to clearly explain why things work or don’t work with the furnace.
In addition to his technical expertise, Aram is always friendly, polite, and a genuine pleasure to engage in conversation. It is rare to find someone who combines such strong customer service skills with such technical proficiency.

Every Spring Brook technician is fantastic, competent, and polite. It is often uncomfortable to need emergency service, but I've never dreaded calling Spring Brook. Your older technician kept the heating system going 30 years past it’s useful life, prior to a replacement system late last year. I'm absolutely staying with Spring Brook and would not consider any other company.
