With automatic delivery, our computerized system tracks your past usage history (K-factor, in technical terms) and the weather (heating degree days, or HDD) to determine when your tank will need a refill. This helps us to schedule your deliveries so that we don’t come to you during an unseasonably warm stretch when you haven’t used a lot of fuel, and that you don’t run dangerously low when we are experiencing a polar vortex! Consider it the “Goldilocks” option – not too soon, not too late … but just right with automatic delivery! Even better, this service is available to you at no additional cost!

As an automatic delivery customer, you have access to many of our other customer services. You must be on automatic delivery to enroll in our Heating Oil Service Plans and our Guaranteed Value Price Protection and Budget plans. These programs protect your heating equipment and your wallet, but we can only offer them to automatic delivery customers.

Of course, we understand that some customers prefer to track their fuel levels and place orders on their own schedule, and we are happy to oblige! If you choose not to enroll in automatic delivery, we ask that you place an order when your tank is no less than one-third full, and remember that it may take a few days for us to arrive. We also offer emergency deliveries, because sometimes life gets in the way of checking your tank!
