We have a selection of service plans to meet the needs of every home and budget. Each plan provides services that can make your heating equipment work more efficiently and will reduce your fuel use.
Our Heating Oil Service Plans are one of the best ways for property owners to reduce their annual costs. The Annual Burner Tune-up service and system cleaning included in each of our heating oil service plans saves you in several ways:

It immediately saves you the cost of the annual service.

It will reduce the chance of system breakdowns later on, saving you on repairs.

It will make your equipment run more efficiently, reducing your fuel use and, therefore, your costs.
Our Service Plan #2 provides additional coverage of parts and related service call labor during business hours, as well as a system efficiency test. Service Plan #3 includes all of the above, plus 24-hour service, including weekends and holidays; limited labor allowance on ineligible parts; and extended-hour coverage.
Spring Brook Ice & Fuel Service customers can expand their Plan 2 or Plan 3 coverage with our Oil-Powered Water Heater Service Plan for a low additional cost. Since water heaters account for approximately 18% of home comfort costs, keeping the equipment in top working order can provide annual savings.
Lastly, we also offer The TankSure® Program to all our heating oil customers. The TankSure® Program provides annual ultrasonic tank inspection and up to $3,500 to replace the tank. While we cannot guarantee the prevention of a leak or other failure of the tank, the testing and monitoring offers the option of proactive replacement before there's an issue. Qualifying leaking oil tanks receive a $3,500 tank replacement credit to help cover the cost of a new replacement aboveground or basement tank.
