Enrolling in our service plan is a great way to protect yourself from unexpected repairs this coming heating season. By ensuring that your boiler or furnace is running at peak condition, your annual energy bills will be lower. A service plan also means peace of mind for your whole family, especially if there is a new baby, or an elderly or ill person in your house whose health depends on staying warm.
Spring Brook Ice & Fuel has two heating service plans:
Spring Brook Comfort Service Plan
- Includes annual tune-up and system cleaning
- An annual tune-up will be rendered between May 1 – September 30
- Coverage includes parts and labor during business hours to repair or replace parts listed under Spring Brook Comfort Service Plan
- Includes an efficiency test
Spring Brook Elite Service Plan
- Includes annual tune-up and system cleaning
- An annual tune-up will be rendered between May 1 – September 30
- Coverage includes parts and labor during business hours and after hours and weekends to repair or replace parts listed under Spring Brook Comfort Service Plan
- Limited labor allowance for replacement of unqualified parts listed under Elite Service Plan
- Includes an efficiency test
