We are so very appreciative of all the wonderful customers who vote for us, year after year. These awards offer us more than “bragging rights” (although they make us mighty proud!). They are proof that our commitment to community service and customer satisfaction are appreciated by the friends and neighbors we serve. This commitment has been the force behind our growth for more than 100 years.
We make sure we treat every customer like family. Our technicians, delivery drivers, office staff, and sales representatives must be polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone in our employ is willing to go the extra mile to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied. In the very rare cases when there is an issue, the customers know they can call our office and speak with a manager or owner who will make it right!
Our commitment to the community goes even further. You can see it in the numerous organizations we support and the charities, scholarships, and fundraising events we sponsor. These are our way of giving back to the communities that have given us so much.
